The Mather Tysons

Luxury senior living microsite & 360 digital campaign

Centrally located in Tysons, Virginia, this high-end, forward-thinking Life Plan Community meets senior living at the intersection of luxury, sophistication, convenience, and comfort.

As the building itself was not yet in development, we were challenged to tell the story of The Mather lifestyle without real, existing visual assets and imagery of the interior. Special design & copy considerations were also to be made while designing for a target audience of 62–75 years old.

The Challenge

Through moodboards, campaign elements, and rich colors, our team achieved the goal of 100 priority member sign-ups in the first 2 months.

The customizable design of this piece features a monogrammed cover that further connects the “hand raiser” audience to The Mather business, while in their office.

Because this property won’t be built for years, the screw-post binding along with the back cover pocket allows The Mather marketing team to easily make updates as the property evolves — all without printing additional books.
